The Bridges at Gilbert

The Bridges at Gilbert is a highly sought after neighborhood in South Gilbert between Recker & Higley and Queen Creek & Ocotillo.  The neighborhood features homes from several different builders: Ashton Woods, David Weekly, Gehan, Lennar, Maracay, Meritage, Pulte, Shea, Taylor Morrison, and Woodside.  There are both single and two-story homes on larger lots.  The homes are fairly new having started building in 2013 and finishing early 2018.

The Bridges at Gilbert has several parks and play areas including splash pads, playgrounds, green belts, walking/bike paths, waterfalls, etc.  Although the neighborhood is in the Town of Gilbert, it is part of the A-Rated Higley School District.  The Bridges Elementary school is located inside the neighborhood and is Higley’s newest elementary school which houses the accelerated and gifted programs for the district.
