Cooley Station

Cooley Station is one of Gilbert’s newest subdivisions, partly still under construction.  The homes were built by Arizona builders such as: Fulton Homes, Woodside Homes, and Cal Atlantic and include both single family as well as multi-family properties.   The neighborhood has all the amenities you would want in your home: open spaces, playgrounds, community pool, walking/biking paths, all surrounded by tree-lined streets.
