Please keep in mind, this is only my portion of the fee. I cannot require the cooperating broker (Buyer’s Agent) to reduce fees. While the ultimate decision is yours, I do recommend you still offer the standard 3% of sale price to the cooperating broker.
For example, if your home sells for $400,000 the traditional 6% total fee that most agents require would have cost you $24,000. With my flat fee listing approach (with the cooperating broker included) is only $18,995; saving you over $5000!
