New Look – Same Great Info – It’s time for another Market Update!
The stats are showing us that our market is remaining healthy. The homes that are being listed for sale, are selling, and quickly. With most main cities having a 1-2 month inventory of homes, I don’t foresee this changing in the very near future.

Sellers:
If you were on the fence due to COVID or any other reason, now is a great time to sell. The reduced inventory means more buyers will be looking at your home. Buyers are telling and showing us that they still want move-in ready homes with no (or extremely little) work needed. If your home is not the most up-to-date, it’s ok, we need to price appropriately (not under market but appropriate for its condition) and it will sell.
Buyers:
Be prepared to move, and I mean move fast! Get your ducks in a row, so that the moment you see a home you like, you are ready to make an offer and proceed. Often times the home you like is the same one at least 4 or 5 other people like. If you wait until tomorrow to think it over, it will likely be under contract already.
